Qualifications

• Qualifications in Construction Management, Quantity Surveying or Commercial Management.
• Experience delivering large residential, commercial, or mixed-use projects.
• Strong commercial acumen and stakeholder management skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead procurement, tendering, and management of subcontract packages through to final account.
• Administer subcontract agreements, variations, progress claims, and contract correspondence.
• Monitor project costs, forecasting, budgets, and monthly financial reporting.
• Maintain accurate project records and ensure contractual compliance.
