Job summary

RecruitShop is seeking a qualified professional to manage the creation, maintenance and variations of client contracts within healthcare fitout projects.

You will oversee commercial and financial aspects from tendering through to handover, ensuring compliance with licensing, WHS and insurance, while leading procurement and cost reporting to support project success.

Qualifications

• Planning Portal experience highly regarded.
• Experience with contracts in construction or related fields.
• Degree or diploma in Construction Management, QS or Building Studies.
• Proficiency in construction software and MS Office (advanced Excel preferred).
• Commercial acumen, strong negotiation skills and attention to detail.

Responsibilities

• Create, maintain and manage variations on client contracts.
• Ensure subcontractor licensing, WHS and insurance compliance.
• Lead trade procurement and issue subcontracts and purchase orders.
• Administer final accounts, retentions, O&M manuals and defects reporting.
• Manage cost reports, budgets, payment claims and monthly progress claims.

About The Opportunity
