Job summary

Apply Now is recruiting for a senior contract specialist to manage creation, maintenance and variations of client contracts within healthcare fitout projects. You will oversee commercial and financial aspects from tender to handover, ensuring compliance and strong subcontractor governance.

You will lead procurement, manage cost reporting and monthly progress claims while maintaining accuracy, risk management and stakeholder communication in a dynamic team environment.

Qualifications

• Experience with contracts in construction, construction materials or similar.
• Relevant degree or diploma in construction management or related field.
• Proficiency with construction software and MS Office, advanced Excel preferred.
• Strong commercial acumen and negotiation skills.

Responsibilities

• Create, maintain and manage variations on client contracts.
• Ensure subcontractor licensing, WHS and insurance compliance.
• Lead trade procurement and issue subcontracts and purchase orders.
• Administer final accounts, retentions, O&M manuals and defects reporting.

About The Opportunity
