Qualifications

Experience delivering software training in a corporate or enterprise environment.
Ability to lead a project from discovery through delivery and client debrief.
Strong consulting skills to assess client needs and recommend learning solutions.
Background in instructional design and training development.
Excellent presentation and facilitation skills.
Industry-recognised certifications or relevant software expertise on platforms like Salesforce, Microsoft 365, SAP and ServiceNow.
Strong technical knowledge of business software, cloud platforms, or enterprise systems.
Willingness to travel domestically and internationally as needed.
The ability to work autonomously.

Responsibilities

Engage directly with clients to conduct training needs analysis workshops.
Develop and customise training programs that align with business goals.
Deliver high-quality, interactive training sessions to a variety of audiences.
Share best practices and learning strategies with clients and peers.
Be part of a network of expert training professionals.
Project-based contract work (engagements as required).
Brisbane based (with some travel opportunities) but with great flexibility to work remotely.
