Proactive Global is seeking a Contract Operations Engineer to join the Australian Global Engineering Services team, supporting launches, retrofits and conversions across the customer fulfilment network in Sydney and Melbourne. This 12-month contract involves extensive on-site work, 60-70% travel to construction projects, and collaboration with Solutions Engineering to deliver equipment scope.

The role requires deep technical know-how in automated handling equipment and strong stakeholder

Formación

• Technical problem-solving experience with complex automated material handling equipment.
• Experience with robotics and high-speed manufacturing is desirable.
• Engineering or project management background; other industries considered.

Responsabilidades

• Oversee execution, testing and commissioning of material handling equipment scope.
• Manage multiple projects, liaising with stakeholders, contractors and vendors.
• Plan projects, manage budgets and report status regularly.
• Administer vendor contracts, including negotiation and escalation.
• Build consensus across cross-functional teams and resolve issues.
