Downer Adelaide is seeking a Contract Manager to lead the safe, effective and commercially sustainable delivery of asset management and facilities services on a government contract. You will report to the National Operations Manager and drive high-quality outcomes for essential services.

Qualifications

• Tertiary qualification in Business/Commerce or similar.
• Proven leadership experience in a large services organisation.
• Strong commercial contract management and budget experience.
• Governance, risk, quality and compliance knowledge.
• Excellent stakeholder management and strategic planning skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead delivery of asset management, maintenance and facilities services.
• Drive KPIs, quality standards and performance within penalties.
• Manage commercial, financial, operational and contract risks.
• Build relationships with client, government bodies, unions and suppliers.
