Qualifications

• Minimum 2+ years' experience in a similar role.
• Extensive experience with mine site logistics operations within WA.
• Exceptional customer service and relationship-management skills.
• Strong ability to manage priorities and deliver outcomes with minimal supervision.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate complex freight movements across road, rail, air and sea, aligned with client requirements and project timelines.
• Support mine-site logistics operations while building relationships with client operations and purchasing teams.
• Develop proactive transport solutions and work with internal teams to plan and execute movements.
• Monitor DIFOT performance, identify service issues and coordinate corrective actions to maintain high service levels.
• Maintain accurate inventory and client records across relevant systems.
• Attend client meetings and provide timely, customer-focused support.
