Job summary

Rashi Joshi in Australia is seeking a Logistics Coordinator to coordinate the movement of bulk and general freight across site, ensuring timely delivery of materials and monitoring freight demand to support operational planning.

You'll manage incoming and outgoing freight, liaise with internal teams, contractors and providers, maintain on-site visibility for safe handling, and resolve enquiries while tracking shipments and addressing disruptions.

Qualifications

Your new role

Coordinate the movement of bulk and general freight across site to ensure timely delivery of materials.

Monitor freight demand and usage to support operational planning and continuity.

Manage incoming and outgoing freight, including prioritisation of critical deliveries and returns.

Liaise with internal teams, contractors and logistics providers to align delivery schedules and requirements.

Maintain on-site visibility to support safe and compliant freight handling practices.

Resolve freight enquiries, track shipments and manage issues or disruptions as they arise.

What you'll need to succeed

To succeed with the position, you will have:

• Experience in logistics, supply chain or freight coordination within an operational environment.
