Job summary

Sydney Water invites applications for a Contract Administrator in the Program Delivery team to support the management of contracts with suppliers across a multi-billion-dollar capital program.

You will partner with Planning and Design Development Partners, bring strong stakeholder and construction law knowledge, and help deliver essential water infrastructure for Greater Sydney. This role offers a hybrid work arrangement, a generous remuneration package and opportunities for professional growth.

Qualifications

• Degree in a relevant field or equivalent experience.
• MRICs or equivalent qualification as stated in the ad.
• Strong stakeholder management with external suppliers.
• Excellent communication and understanding of construction law.
• Teamwork within matrix organisations.
• 3+ years contract & commercial management in construction/infrastructure.
• Experience with Tier 1/2 contractors and client-side roles.
• Understanding of construction transaction and delivery models.
• Ability to partner with the business while maintaining functional independence.

• Develop and manage contracts with suppliers within the Program Delivery portfolio.
• Partner with Planning Partners & Design Development Partners on commercial matters.
• Contribute to the development and management of contracts across the program.
