Job summary

Sydney Water is looking for a Contract Administrator to join the Program Delivery Team. You will help develop and manage contracts with suppliers across a multi‑billion‑dollar portfolio, partnering with Planning Partners and Design Development Partners to deliver essential water infrastructure.

You should have a relevant degree (Quantity Surveying, Construction Management, Engineering, or similar), MRICS or equivalent, and 3+ years in contract and commercial management on large projects.

Qualifications

• Degree qualification in a relevant field or equivalent experience.
• Strong stakeholder management with external suppliers.
• Excellent communication and understanding of construction law.

Responsibilities

• Develop and manage contracts with suppliers of goods and services within the Program Delivery portfolio.
• Collaborate with Planning Partners & Design Development Partners to deliver contracts.
• Partner with the business to ensure effective contract and commercial management.
