Job summary

Procruit is recruiting an intermediate Contract Administrator for a Social Housing project valued over $30m. The role requires 3+ years of contract administration on commercial projects, strong knowledge of construction contracts and procurement, and experience with Jobpac or similar software.

You will support the Project Manager with financials and reporting. Base pay is competitive in the Melbourne market, with a yearly range of A$140,000 to A$160,000, commensurate with skills and experience.

Qualifications

• 3+ years' Contract Administrator experience on Commercial projects.
• Solid understanding of Construction Contracts & Procurement.
• Experience using Jobpac software or similar.

Responsibilities

• Recommending and engaging subcontractors to procure materials and services.
• Handling progress claims, variations, and contractual notices to effectively manage the project's progress.
• Coordinating with subcontractors, ensuring they have the necessary resources and information to carry out their work efficiently.
• Implementing efficient document control and reporting procedures.
• Delivering precise project reports and monthly forecasts.
• Providing financial management and support to the Project Manager.
