Job summary

Forefront Recruitment is partnering with an established builder delivering across Melbourne’s commercial sector to recruit a Contract Administrator. The first project is a complex commercial build in Melbourne's CBD, with growth towards broader high-end work.

You will work closely with a Project Manager and Construction Manager, contributing from day one. Expect a hands-on role with a 2–3 day on-site pattern and balance across office time, salary up to $140k + super.

Qualifications

• 3–4 years of contract administration experience on builder side.
• Civil or volume residential experience not considered.
• Ability to work on-site 2–3 days per week.

Responsibilities

• Contribute to project delivery with hands-on support and clear communication.
