Job summary

Aequalis Consulting Pty is partnering with a boutique developer delivering luxury residential projects in Brisbane. We’re seeking a Senior Contract Administrator with 5+ years' CA/SCA experience to run full contract administration from planning to handover.

You’ll scope, procure, negotiate subcontractors, manage claims and variations, and mentor junior staff while working closely with project managers, directors and consultants to keep critical milestones on track.

Qualifications

• 5+ years' experience as a CA or SCA in property, construction, or high-end residential.
• Strong commercial acumen with a practical, hands-on approach to problems.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities with a calm head.
• Degree-qualified in Construction Management or similar (or strong equivalent experience).

Responsibilities

• Full contract administration from early planning through to handover.
• Scoping, procurement, subcontractor negotiation, and contract finalisation.
• Managing claims, variations, EOTs, and progress claims with confidence.
• Working closely with project managers, directors, and consultants to keep things moving.

What You’ll Be Doing:
