Job summary

Nobul Recruitment is representing a well‑established Tier 2 builder to appoint their next Senior Contracts Administrator in Brisbane. You will work on a Brisbane project across luxury apartments, social housing or education with the support of an experienced commercial team.

Flexible on-site or office-based work, with flexible start and finish times, and a clear path for training, development and long‑term career progression as you take a step up from a Contracts Administrator role.

Qualifications

• 4+ years of experience as a Contracts Administrator within a Tier 2 builder or builder‑developer environment.
• Degree qualified in Construction Management, Quantity Surveying or a related discipline.
• Experience delivering projects valued at $20M+.
• Strong understanding of the full contract administration process.
• Highly organised, commercially minded and able to manage multiple priorities.
• A stable employment history and a genuine interest in finding a long‑term opportunity.

Responsibilities

• Lead contracts administration on Brisbane projects across luxury apartments, social housing or education.
• Work with an experienced commercial team on a stable pipeline of upcoming projects.
• Be prepared to take a step up from a Contracts Administrator role to a senior position.
