Job summary

ACCIONA is seeking an experienced Contract Administrator to join the Commercial & Finance team on the M80 Ring Road Upgrade Alliance in Victoria. Reporting to the Contracts, Procurement & Legal Manager, you will manage subcontractor contracts and support the project team to meet obligations safely and efficiently.

• Degree-qualified or equivalent industry experience.
• Experience in contract administration on major infra projects.

Responsibilities

• Prepare, review and administer subcontract documentation to project requirements.
• Manage subcontract variations, progress claims and extensions of time per project procedures.
• Support subcontract procurement, contract awards, and monitoring of performance.
• Maintain proactive relationships with subcontractors and provide commercial support to the project team.
• Contribute to project safety, continuous improvement, and close-out activities.
