Job summary

Transgrid seeks a Contract Administrator to support Substations and Transmission Lines portfolios, enabling major capital projects. You will assist with contract administration, governance and commercial support through delivery, ensuring compliance, risk management and robust reporting.

Applicants should have experience in large infrastructure or utilities projects, with strong record management, MS Office proficiency and familiarity with contract management systems.

Qualifications

• Tertiary qualification in quantity surveying, construction management, civil engineering or related discipline.
• Experience in site engineering, contract administration, quantity surveying or project controls.
• Understanding of contract documentation and compliance requirements.
• Strong attention to detail and record management skills.

Responsibilities

• Provide contract administration and governance support throughout delivery.
• Support compliance, risk management, reporting and document control activities.
• Ensure obligations are met and projects are delivered safely and efficiently.
• Collaborate with contract and project leaders on capital delivery.
