Future Generation Joint Venture (FGJV) is seeking a Contract Administrator to provide contractual management and administration for Snowy 2.0 project contracts. The role focuses on minimising risk and delivering FGJV outcomes through strong governance and commercial oversight.

Candidates should have relevant tertiary qualifications or equivalent experience, with a White Card and prior rail or civil project contract administration experience.

Qualifikationen

• Relevant tertiary qualification (Business, Commerce, Engineering, Law etc) or equivalent relevant experience.
• White Card (can be obtained on starting)

Aufgaben

• Prepare and submit interim progress claims and final accounts; manage subcontract progress claims and variations.
• Handle contractual claims and final accounts; address issues with clients, subcontractors and suppliers.
• Maintain contract registers and assist monthly reporting; analyse cost reports and variances.
• Oversee target cost estimate process to ensure value for money and adherence to procedures.
