Job summary

Buildcorp is seeking a Contract Administrator in Sydney to support the delivery of fit-out projects. You will manage subcontractor and supplier contracts from procurement through to finalisation, reviewing and negotiating subcontracts, and ensuring compliance with HSE and contractual requirements.

You will work with project teams on cost forecasting, cashflow, and monthly reporting, helping to identify cost and time savings while maintaining strong relationships with clients and subcontractors.

Qualifications

• Relevant qualifications in construction management, engineering, quantity surveying, or related discipline.
• Demonstrated experience in contract administration on complex construction or fit-out projects.
• Strong organisational skills with the ability to manage competing priorities.
• Commercial acumen with a collaborative and solutions-focused mindset.
• Ability to build trusted relationships with clients, subcontractors and colleagues.

Responsibilities

• Manage subcontractor and supplier contracts from procurement to finalisation.
• Review, negotiate, and administer subcontracts in line with Buildcorp frameworks.
• Ensure compliance with statutory, contractual, and HSE requirements.
• Process and assess subcontractor claims, variations, and progress payments.
• Support project teams with cost forecasting, cashflow, and monthly reporting.
• Contribute to budget performance by identifying opportunities for cost and time savings.
