Job summary

Edge Manufacturing Services Pty Ltd in Adelaide seeks an experienced Contract Administrator to support the commercial and contractual administration of construction and fit-out projects across Australia.

You will work closely with management, project teams, subcontractors and clients to manage contracts, variations and documentation throughout the project lifecycle in a collaborative environment.

Qualifications

• Diploma or higher qualification in Business Administration, Contract Management, Construction Management or a related discipline.
• Good understanding of contract administration processes, contractual documentation and commercial terms.
• Strong organisational skills with excellent attention to detail and document management capabilities.
• Ability to manage multiple contracts and competing priorities within project deadlines.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to identify contractual risks and assist in resolving commercial issues.

Responsibilities

• Prepare, review and administer construction contracts, subcontract agreements and other project-related documentation.
• Liaise with clients, subcontractors, suppliers and project teams regarding contractual requirements and project deliverables.
• Administer contract variations, progress claims, extensions of time and other contractual adjustments.
• Monitor contract performance and project milestones to ensure contractual obligations are met.
• Maintain accurate records of contracts, variations, claims, approvals and project correspondence.
• Assist in identifying and resolving contractual issues and support project teams with contract interpretation and administration.
