Job summary

Max Harmony Pty Ltd on the Sydney North Shore is seeking a Contract Administrator for a new-build Class 2 residential apartment project. The role reports to the Senior Project Manager and involves end-to-end commercial support across contracts, variations, procurement and cost control.

You will manage head and subcontractor contracts, variations, claims, cost reporting and RFIs, while coordinating with subcontractors and consultants to ensure on-time delivery.

Qualifications

• Contracts Admin experience on new-build Class 2 residential projects.
• Experience on projects valued at ~AUD 20 million or above.
• Qualification in Construction Management, Quantity Surveying or related discipline.
• Strong knowledge of contracts, subcontract administration, variations and cost control.
• Experience with Procore, Bluebeam and Microsoft Office.
• Strong communication, organisation and stakeholder-management skills.
• Ability to manage competing priorities and meet project deadlines.

Responsibilities

• Administer head and subcontractor contracts.
• Manage variations, progress claims and contract correspondence.
• Support subcontract procurement and tender evaluations.
• Maintain cost reports, variation registers and cash-flow forecasts.
• Review project documentation, scope gaps and commercial risks.
• Coordinate RFIs and support timely project delivery.
• Liaise with subcontractors, suppliers and consultants.
• Support monthly reporting, meetings and commercial reviews.
• Assist with project completion, handover and final accounts.
• Maintain accurate documentation in line with procedures.
• Support compliance with NCC, Australian Standards and statutory requirements.
