Job summary

Adecco is seeking a Senior Contracts Administrator or Contracts Manager for Sydney, leading commercial delivery of landmark Class 2 residential and mixed-use developments valued between $50M and $100M+. Reporting to the Project Director, you will oversee procurement, contract administration and cost control.

The role suits a commercially astute construction professional who can own major projects, mentor juniors and work with Project Managers, site teams, consultants and clients to achieve

Qualifications

• Proven experience as a Senior Contracts Administrator or Contracts Manager on Class 2 residential/mixed-use projects.
• Strong procurement, contract administration and cost control knowledge.
• Experience managing $50M–$100M+ projects.
• Excellent negotiation and stakeholder management skills.
• Degree qualified in Construction Management, Quantity Surveying, Engineering or related field.

Responsibilities

• Lead contract administration on projects valued $50M–$100M+.
• Manage subcontractor procurement, tendering and negotiations.
• Prepare and administer subcontract agreements and variations.
• Oversee cost control, forecasting and budget management.
• Provide monthly financial reporting and risk management.
• Mentor junior team members and collaborate with Project Managers and clients.
• Ensure compliance with contracts and company procedures.
