As Contract Administrator, you will manage the administrative and commercial lifecycle of Veritech's contracts, subscriptions and service agreements.
Working closely with management, finance, sales, service delivery, suppliers and customers, you will help ensure contracts are accurately prepared, maintained, reviewed and administered, and that contractual obligations, renewals, variations and commercial commitments are properly managed.

Administering the contractual aspects of customer subscriptions, including service inclusions, pricing, renewals and variations.
Maintaining an accurate central register of contracts, renewal dates, notice periods, pricing reviews and contractual commitments.
Monitoring upcoming contract milestones and ensuring required actions are completed within the appropriate timeframes.
Responding to customer, supplier and internal enquiries relating to contracts and agreements.
Investigating and resolving discrepancies between contracts, quotations, orders, invoices and services being provided.
Coordinating with management and relevant team members to ensure contractual obligations and agreed service requirements are understood and met.
Liaising with customers and suppliers regarding contractual documentation, variations, renewals and outstanding requirements.
Ensuring contract documentation and records are complete, accurate, current and appropriately authorised.
Preparing contract summaries, reports and information for management.
Identifying contractual matters requiring management attention and assisting with implementation of resulting decisions.
Assisting with the continual improvement of Veritech's contract administration processes, templates and systems.
Experience in contract administration, commercial administration, procurement, project administration or a related role.
Strong ability to read and interpret contracts and commercial documentation.
Excellent attention to detail and a high standard of accuracy.
Confidence dealing professionally with customers, suppliers and internal stakeholders.
Strong organisational and time-management skills.
The ability to manage multiple contracts, deadlines and priorities simultaneously.
Good numerical and commercial awareness.
Strong Microsoft Office skills, particularly Word, Excel and Outlook.
The ability to identify inconsistencies, missing information and potential problems rather than simply processing documents.
A strong sense of ownership and accountability for seeing tasks through to completion.
Experience within technology, managed services, telecommunications, professional services or another contract-driven business environment would be highly regarded.
