-Draft, review, and manage contracts with clients, suppliers, and subcontractors. -Negotiate contract terms and conditions to align with company objectives and comply with Australian laws and regulations. -Monitor and maintain contract compliance, ensuring key deliverables are met by all parties.
-Handle contract variations, extensions, and renewals, ensuring accurate documentation and approvals. -Assist with tender processes, including document preparation and evaluation. -Maintain a contract management system for tracking deadlines, obligations, and documentation.
-Collaborate with operational and administration teams to ensure accurate billing and invoicing based on contractual terms. -Conduct risk assessments on contracts and recommend mitigation strategies relating to service delivery, payment, or other contractual issues. -Provide regular reporting on contract performance, obligations, and compliance issues to senior management.
-Manage service agreements with corporate clients, ensuring contractual obligations align with service delivery schedules. -Ensure adherence to industry-specific safety and compliance regulations within all contract terms.
-Must hold a Relevant Diploma qualification or higher in a related field, or have at least 3 years of relevant full-time work experience in lieu of the formal qualification. -Strong understanding of Australian contract law and contract management processes. -Proven negotiation, contract drafting, review, and analysis skills.
-Ability to identify and assess contractual risks and develop appropriate mitigation strategies. -Excellent written and verbal communication skills. -Strong organisational and time-management skills with the ability to manage multiple contracts and deadlines.

$75,000 – $95,000 p.a. excluding superannuation.
