Job summary

Transport for NSW is seeking a Contract Administration professional to support contractor governance, performance monitoring and compliance within a complex infrastructure program. You will analyse contractor payments, provide contract administration and project support for NSW Motorways contracts, drawing on extensive experience in commercial contracts and operations.

This permanent full-time role is based in Sydney and offers the chance to influence supplier performance across major projects,

• Experience in managing complex contract arrangements.

• Proven ability to support contract administration in large programs.

Responsibilities

• You will support contractor governance, performance monitoring and compliance outcomes within a complex infrastructure program environment.
• You will analyse contractor payments and maintain accurate reporting to support sound commercial management and informed decision-making.
• You will provide contract administration, operational and project support for the effective management of NSW Motorways contracts.
• You have extensive practical contract management experience and strong knowledge of commercial contracts and operational contract management procedures.
• You’re recognised as a collaborative communicator, skilled at analysing information, resolving issues and managing competing priorities.
• You bring experience supporting contract administration within complex programs to achieve effective supplier performance, compliance and project outcomes.
