Evolution Mining is seeking a Continuous Improvement Superintendent for Northparkes Operations in regional New South Wales. You will lead site-wide improvement initiatives that unlock value, elevate performance and partner with senior leaders to drive lasting change.

Based on a residential 5:2/4:3 roster, this role offers exposure across the business during a period of growth and transformation, with clear paths into broader operational or commercial leadership opportunities.

Qualifications

• Previous experience leading continuous improvement, business improvement or operational excellence initiatives.
• Strong stakeholder engagement skills across multiple departments.
• Proven ability to deliver measurable performance improvements.
• Commercial awareness and business acumen.
• Proactive, self-driven with a high level of accountability.
• Experience within mining, resources, heavy industry or similarly complex environments.

Responsibilities

• Drive continuous improvement initiatives that deliver measurable operational and business outcomes.
