Job description

We're looking for a creative and hands-on Social Media & Content Creator to join Keeprr for 10–15 hours per week. This role would suit someone with a beautiful eye for styling, photography and short-form video who can take content from idea → shoot → edit → publish. You'll work closely with our founder to bring the Keeprr brand to life across social media, our website and email — creating content that feels elevated, warm and consistent with our brand.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and manage our social content strategy and calendar across Instagram, TikTok, Facebook and Pinterest
• Plan, style, shoot and edit Reels, TikToks, photography and product content
• Be comfortable appearing on camera and becoming a familiar face in Keeprr's social content, including Reels, TikToks, product demonstrations and behind-the-scenes content
• Create campaign content for seasonal launches, promotions and new products
• Create assets for our website and email marketing
• Create and send EDM campaigns through Klaviyo
• Source and connect with UGC creators to produce content for the brand
• Manage UGC creator and influencer collaborations, including sourcing and outreach, briefing creators, coordinating timelines and deliverables, and managing content through to completion
• Schedule and publish social content
• Keep across social trends and bring fresh, relevant content ideas to the brand

About you

• Creative, proactive and comfortable taking ownership of content from idea through to publication
• Strong eye for styling, photography and short-form video
• Understand what makes great social content
• Confident communicating with creators and influencers
• Experience with Canva, CapCut or Adobe, Shopify and Klaviyo is highly regarded
• Sydney-based or able to reliably travel to Seven Hills weekly
