The Socialette in Sydney is seeking a hands-on Social Content Producer to own a boutique portfolio from day one. You will plan, shoot and edit short-form video for Instagram Reels, TikTok and Stories, and lead on-location shoots at client premises across Sydney.

With 3+ years producing social media content, you will manage multiple brands, direct talent on shoots, and drive content ideas based on platform performance, all while maintaining client relationships and delivering monthly performance

The Socialette is a boutique social media agency in Sydney. For nearly a decade we have helped ambitious brands grow through organic content that actually works. We are small, founder-led and selective about who we work with.

The role

You will take ownership of an established portfolio of boutique client accounts from day one, working directly with our Director. This is a hands-on production role with real ownership.

What you will do

Plan, shoot and edit short-form video for Instagram Reels, TikTok and Stories

Lead on-location photo and video shoots at client premises across Sydney

Own day-to-day content delivery for your portfolio and build client relationships

Bring new content ideas based on what is working on the platforms

Report on content performance each month, with commentary clients can act on

What you will bring

This is a mobile role, with shoots at client locations across Sydney, so a current driver's licence and your own reliable car are essential.

Three or more years producing social media content at an agency or in-house, with a strong recent portfolio

Short-form video shooting and editing skills in CapCut, Premiere Pro or equivalent

Experience managing content and client relationships for several brands at once

Confidence leading a shoot, directing talent and being on camera when needed

Total package of up to $100,000, made up of base salary commensurate with experience, 12% superannuation, kilometre and toll reimbursement for client work, and performance bonus potential
