Turn this role into an interview — a resume and cover letter built around what this employer wants.
NRMA Parks and Resorts is seeking a commercially minded marketing leader to own the content strategy. You will align cross-functional teams across Marketing, Digital, Revenue and Operations to deliver measurable outcomes in awareness, engagement, bookings and revenue.
This newly created role sits in Brand & Partnerships, shaping how content is planned, measured and optimised across the business. Travel, tourism or hospitality experience is highly valued.
Take ownership of our content strategy and drive measurable business outcomes across one of Australia's leading travel and tourism portfolios.
This is not a traditional content creation role. We're seeking a commercially minded marketing leader who can develop and execute an overarching content strategy, establish clear processes and governance, influence senior stakeholders, and ensure content investment delivers value across awareness, engagement, membership growth, bookings and revenue.
As a newly created role within our Brand & Partnerships team, you'll have the opportunity to shape how content is planned, delivered, measured and optimised across the business. Working closely with teams across Marketing, Digital, Revenue and Operations, you'll bring together multiple stakeholders around a shared strategic vision and drive accountability for results.
Experience within travel, tourism or hospitality will be highly regarded, along with a strong understanding of domestic travel trends, traveller behaviour and the role content plays in influencing holiday decisions.
Most importantly, you'll be an experienced marketer who can set the strategy, bring stakeholders on the journey and drive the execution and accountability needed to deliver results.
At the NRMA we aren’t just about discounts (although you do get these too). We offer benefits to help make work and life just right for you!

That's why we welcome applications from First Nations, people with disability, those from diverse cultural backgrounds, people of all genders, members of the LGBTQI+ community, and anyone else who wants to be part of our team.
