You will bring the organisation's story to life through engaging content across multiple channels, strengthening brand awareness and showcasing the impact of services through authentic, meaningful, and purpose-driven storytelling.

From content strategy and social media to thought leadership, campaign development, media engagement, and executive communications, you'll play a key role in building a strong, consistent, and influential brand presence.

This role is ideal for a content, communications, or digital engagement professional who thrives on creativity, collaboration, and creating work that makes a genuine difference.

  • Develop executive and leadership communications that align with organisational priorities.
  • Manage media, public relations, and reputation-building activities.
  • Coordinate award submissions, industry recognition programs, and thought leadership opportunities.
  • Support organisational change initiatives through effective communication and stakeholder engagement.
  • Monitor content, campaign, and communication performance, providing insights and recommendations.
  • Build strong relationships with internal stakeholders and external partners.
  • Promote services, achievements, and community impact through strategic storytelling.
  • Provide support for sensitive, crisis, and issue-based communications when required.
About You

You are an experienced content, marketing, or communications professional who combines strategic thinking with exceptional content creation skills.

To be successful, you will bring:

  • Demonstrated experience in content marketing, communications, corporate affairs, public relations or engagement roles.
  • Proven experience developing and delivering successful content and communication strategies.

  • The ability to work autonomously while collaborating effectively across diverse teams.
  • Experience within the not-for-profit, community services, healthcare, disability, aged care, or human services sectors will be highly regarded.
What's on Offer?
  • 3 days a week (part time) minimum.
