Total Support Services is seeking a Communications Officer to join our Adelaide team. You will develop and deliver engaging content across internal and external channels, maintain our brand voice, and manage digital platforms to elevate our profile.

With strong writing and digital skills, you will create accessible content, update our website, and support marketing campaigns while collaborating with staff and stakeholders to share our mission effectively.

Formación

• 2+ years in communications, marketing or similar role desirable.
• Strong writing, editing and proofreading skills.
• Experience updating websites and managing social media.
• Portfolio demonstrating communications, design or digital content.
• Experience in disability or community services is a plus.

Responsabilidades

• Develop, write and proofread content for websites, newsletters and materials.
• Manage and update website content using WordPress.
• Create and schedule engaging content across social media.
• Design graphics and promotional materials with Canva/Adobe.
• Capture and produce photography and video content for campaigns.
• Support campaigns and maintain consistent branding across channels.
