Job summary

Australia Post is seeking a Digital Content Producer for an 8-month fixed-term role in Melbourne with hybrid working and three days in the office. You will shape how customers experience Australia Post online, creating and improving content across our websites, Online Shop and other digital channels.

You’ll own content from idea to delivery and measure impact quickly. You’ll join a collaborative team, working at pace to balance competing priorities while keeping the customer at the centre of

Qualifications

Strong content writing and digital experience across channels.
Sound knowledge of UX, SEO and analytics to improve outcomes.
Experience planning and delivering digital content or campaigns.
Strong stakeholder management and ability to influence decisions.
Attention to detail and ability to prioritise in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

Create engaging, user-focused digital content across Australia Post websites and the Online Shop.
Use research, analytics and data to understand user needs and journeys.
Develop and optimise content and page experiences to boost engagement and conversions.
Collaborate with marketing, product, data and technology teams and influence stakeholders.
Manage content lifecycle, ensuring accuracy and accessibility.
