You will provide advice on digital publishing and user experience and use analytics and insights to improve content performance and usability. The role also contributes to the enhancement online channels by working closely with business areas to review, migrate and redesign content as part of an intranet redevelopment project.
Working within a collaborative, multidisciplinary team of communicators, you will partner with business areas across the department to deliver high-quality, best-practice digital communication outcomes.
