Reporting to the Communications Lead, you will align user needs, business goals, brand tone, and future site architecture while collaborating with SMEs and technical specialists.

• Experience with content strategy and information architecture.
• Familiarity with higher education or research institutions.
• Ability to collaborate with SMEs and technical teams.

Responsibilities

• Audit & Evaluation: conduct a comprehensive audit of website content for accuracy, duplication, quality, performance, accessibility, and brand alignment.
• Insights & Strategy: analyse analytics, search data and user insights to identify content gaps and opportunities.
• Action Planning: develop a prioritised content plan detailing retention, refresh, consolidation, rewrite, migration, redirects, or retirement.
• Content Uplift: optimise priority content for clarity, findability, accessibility, and consistent tone of voice.
• IA & Mapping: map content to future information architecture and navigation, defining migration requirements with HDX alignment.
• Stakeholder Collaboration: partner with SMEs to validate content and resolve discrepancies.
