Job summary

Shift is seeking a Content & Communications Manager to convert our expertise into credible content for customers, brokers, partners, employees and external stakeholders.

You will own the editorial process from brief to publication, developing content plans, shaping narratives, and managing major content programs, including SME Economy Index and corporate announcements, with senior leaders and a collaborative team.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent in communications or related field.
• 5+ years in content, communications, journalism, marketing or related role.
• Proven ability to write/edit for diverse audiences and deliver thought leadership content.

Responsibilities

• Own Shift's editorial calendar and content pipeline.
• Translate research into clear, credible content for multiple audiences.
• Write/edit reports, articles, executive communications, and strategic announcements.
• Manage editorial delivery of SME Economy Index and flagship programs.
• Coordinate with subject-matter experts and senior stakeholders from brief to approval.
• Ensure content quality, accuracy, and alignment with messaging and tone.
