Job summary

Shift is seeking a Content & Communications Manager to turn our SME insights into clear, credible content for customers, brokers, partners, employees, and external stakeholders. You will own the editorial process from brief to publication and shape major content programs.

The role requires a strong writer with editing prowess, able to simplify complex subject matter, manage contributors and deadlines, and align outputs with Shift's messaging and thought leadership priorities.

Qualifications

• Exceptional writing and editing skills.
• Ability to simplify complex information and identify key messages.
• Strong stakeholder-management and communication skills.
• 5+ years in content, communications, journalism, marketing or related role.

Responsibilities

• Own editorial calendar and content pipeline.
• Translate research into clear, credible content.
• Write and edit reports, articles, executive communications.
• Manage SME Economy Index and flagship content programs.
• Coordinate experts and senior stakeholders from brief to approval.
• Ensure publication-ready content for internal and external audiences.
