Job summary

Brook Recruitment is seeking a genuinely exceptional Senior Content Writer & Editor to join a growing marketing team. You will own long-form thought leadership, executive ghostwriting, and a broad range of content across website, campaigns, case studies, and video scripts.

You will transform research, regulation and technical information into clear, credible, and engaging content and maintain exceptionally high editorial standards across all outputs.

Qualifications

• Significant professional writing/editing experience across journalism, publishing, agency or in-house.
• Portfolio of work you’re genuinely proud of.
• Ability to research, interview, investigate and tell a compelling story.
• Comfort writing 1,500 words or crafting sharp LinkedIn posts.
• Experience ghostwriting for senior leaders.
• exceptionally high editorial standards.

Responsibilities

• Own long-form thought leadership and editorial content.

• Has a portfolio of work they’re genuinely proud of
• Can research, interview, investigate and tell a compelling story
• Is equally comfortable writing 1,500 words as they are crafting a sharp LinkedIn post
• Has experience ghostwriting for senior leaders
• Has exceptionally high editorial standards

Experience across B2B, technology, workplace health, insurance, construction, government or similar would be highly regarded.

Most importantly, we want someone who is better than simply “good at content.”
