Job summary

Gold Coast Health is seeking a Content Advisor to manage content across its intranet and external website channels. The role focuses on reviewing, developing and maintaining web content for diverse audiences, using modern CMS tools and analytics to measure effectiveness.

You will contribute to audience-centric content, reporting on digital channel performance, and helping optimise content governance and approval processes.

Responsibilities

• Review, develop and maintain Gold Coast Health's internal and external websites using modern web content management systems and practices.
• Prepare, edit, create and design audience centric content of a complex and substantial nature for various audiences.
• Use established tools and systems to monitor, measure and report on the effectiveness of Gold Coast Health's digital channels.
• Assist in development, maintenance and enhancement of effective work practices for the approval, review and regular maintenance of communications content.
