Job summary

Procore is seeking a Solutions Engineer 4 in Sydney to lead the technical sales motion for strategic APAC opportunities, from discovery and design through evaluation and close. You will partner with Account Executives, Customer Experience, and global teams to translate complex construction workflows into scalable technology and to develop repeatable presales assets for the APAC region.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Construction Management, or related technical field, or comparable hands-on experience.
• Demonstrated experience in Solutions Engineer roles or equivalent customer-facing technical positions in construction.
• Proven experience within the construction/AEC industry with exposure to reality capture, BIM/VDC, construction tech, or adjacent SaaS.
• Strong enterprise SaaS experience with understanding of security, integrations, implementation, and change-management considerations.
• Proven experience leading technical discovery, solution design, evaluations, pilots, or proof-of-concept engagements.
• Strong understanding of construction workflows, field operations, and challenges implementing technology across complex environments.
• Ability to translate complex technical concepts into clear business value for executives and stakeholders.
• Willingness to travel up to 50% domestically and internationally for customer engagements.

Responsibilities

• Own the technical sales motion for strategic APAC opportunities from discovery to close.
• Partner with Account Executives on technical discovery, solution architecture, and expansion opportunities.
• Assess reality capture programs, identify customer pain points, and design evaluations tied to outcomes.
• Deliver tailored demonstrations and solution narratives for executive and field stakeholders.
• Lead customer evaluations and proof-of-concept engagements aligning with business outcomes.
• Identify and mitigate technical risks across solution accuracy, integrations, security, and implementation.
• Develop APAC-specific technical assets, including demo environments and reference architectures.
• Build repeatable playbooks and enablement content for cross-team execution.
• Collaborate with Marketing and Sales Enablement on regional webinars and events.
• Build relationships as a trusted technical advisor throughout the customer lifecycle.
• Stay current on construction tech trends to identify opportunities for impact.
• Travel as required across Australia, APAC, and internationally.
