Job summary

PRP Diagnostic Imaging in Tuggerah is seeking a customer-focused Contact Centre Advisor to manage incoming patient calls and book imaging procedures. This full-time role operates Monday to Friday, 37.5 hours, between 8am and 5:15pm, at the Tuggerah PRP Imaging Contact Centre.

You will guide patients through pre-appointment requirements, accurately handle patient information across multiple systems, process billing, liaise with referrers and the clinical team, and contribute to system

Qualifications

• Experience in high-volume call centre customer service.
• Ability to manage patient information across multiple systems.
• Excellent interpersonal and empathetic communication.
• Ability to handle confidential information with discretion.

About the Position

Responsible for managing the critical first contact with our patients through inbound calls, you will provide exceptional customer service booking patients for our extensive range of imaging procedures. Day to day you will:

• Guide patients through any pre-appointment preparation requirements
• Accurately manage patient information across multiple systems
• Process billing with precision
• Liaise with referring doctors and the PRP clinical and on-site team
• Help shape and improve our systems, processes, and Contact Centre culture
