Belgravia Leisure in Queensland is seeking passionate Contact Centre Consultants who place the customer at the core of every interaction. You will handle inbound and outbound communications across phone, email and social channels, delivering exceptional service while promoting our brand.

We offer full-time or part-time roles with comprehensive training; remote or hybrid work may be considered for the right candidate, with flexible weekday and weekend availability.

Competenze

• Current First Aid (Level 2) certification.
• Current CPR certificate.
• Working With Children Check (or equivalent).
• National Police Check.

Mansioni

The Role

We are looking for passionate contact centre consultants who are prepared to put the customer at the centre of everything they do by delivering exceptional service, promoting our brand and services to potential and existing customers. We are looking for full-time or part-time representatives who have flexible availability to work weekdays and weekends.

A few of the duties and responsibilities included are:

• Inbound and outbound customer communication through phone, email, social platforms, SMS and web message
• Provide excellent customer service, by responding to customers’ needs or concerns and ensure the quality of service meets agreed customer service standards.
• Engaging with customers and promoting our services
• Develop positive relationships with customers to provide the best customer experience.
• Additionally, performing tasks as guided by your manager.

Essential qualifications

• Current First Aid (Level 2)
• Current CPR Certificate
• Working With Children Check (or equivalent)
• National Police Check

** If you don't have these qualifications (First aid and CPR), we can help you obtain them.
