What You'll Do

Our consultants become trusted members of client teams. Depending on your expertise, you may:

Lead or support major government programs and projects

Provide strategic advice to senior executives and decision-makers

Improve business processes and operating models

Deliver capability development and transformation initiatives

Support procurement, governance and assurance activities

Design, implement and improve technology-enabled solutions

Help organisations navigate complex challenges and deliver lasting outcomes

We're interested in professionals who:

Have experience in government, Defence, consulting or complex delivery environments

Communicate clearly and confidently

Security clearance holders (Baseline, NV1, NV2 or higher) are highly regarded, although not essential for all opportunities.
