As a Construction Worker (Supervisor), you will oversee the delivery of civil construction and maintenance projects through all phases of the project lifecycle, ensuring quality, safety, program and client requirements are achieved. You will lead and support project teams, coordinate labour, plant and equipment resources, maintain project records, and work closely with project managers, customers and stakeholders to deliver successful project outcomes.
You have extensive experience in civil construction or road infrastructure projects, strong leadership and communication skills, and the ability to manage competing priorities. You are customer-focused, proactive in problem-solving and committed to delivering high-quality outcomes.
