RoadTek in Cairns is seeking a Construction Worker Band C (Supervisor) to lead civil construction and maintenance projects. You will supervise daily activities, coordinate labour and equipment, and mentor crew to meet safety and quality standards.
A Queensland C Class Driver Licence and Civil Construction training are essential. The role offers a permanent full-time position based in Cairns with career development through the Civil Trades Development Program and flexible working arrangements.

You will work closely with project teams, clients and stakeholders to ensure projects are delivered safely, efficiently and to the highest quality standards.
