Job summary

RoadTek in Toowoomba is seeking a Construction Worker (Supervisor) to lead civil construction and maintenance activities across the Downs South West region, coordinating labour, plant and equipment from planning to completion. You will mentor teams, build client relationships and drive safe, high-quality outcomes on essential road and transport infrastructure projects.

This role provides a pathway to advance leadership skills while contributing to regional communities and supporting delivery

Qualifications

• Experienced civil construction professional with strong leadership and communication skills.
• Ability to manage competing priorities and deliver high-quality outcomes.
• Willingness to travel across the Downs South West region as required.

Responsibilities

• Supervise civil construction and maintenance projects from planning through to completion.
• Lead, coach and develop team members to achieve project goals.
• Coordinate labour, plant and equipment resources to meet delivery schedules.
• Maintain accurate project records and site documentation.
• Build strong relationships with clients, stakeholders and project teams.
• Support workforce development through training and mentoring opportunities.
• Promote safety, performance, innovation and continuous improvement on site.
