Qualifications

• TAE40116 Certificate IV in Training and Assessment (or equivalent).
• Experience mentoring construction learners and leading diverse groups.
• Strong leadership and communication skills.
• Current Driver’s Licence and relevant construction tickets/certifications.
• Hands-on construction or trade industry experience.

Responsibilities

• Mentor learners and lead them through construction training.
• Deliver engaging training in construction subjects.
• Support individuals from diverse backgrounds into meaningful pathways.
• Work as part of a motivated team.
• Be hands-on in a casual contract setting.
