Job summary

Acknowledge Education is seeking a Trainer and Assessor in VET to plan, deliver and assess courses, aligning with curriculum and industry standards. The role supports international students and requires working across theory and practical components.

Ideal candidates hold a Certificate IV in Training and Assessment, a civil/construction degree, and Moodle/MS Office proficiency, with WWCC compliance. Multiple contract options are available, including part-time and 0.6 to 1 FTE, on-site delivery.

Qualifications

• Certificate IV in Training and Assessment required.
• Bachelor in civil/construction as minimum qualification.
• At least 2 years in the civil construction industry.
• Supportive of diverse student needs and learning paces.
• Experience with international students in VET delivery/assessment.
• Proficient with Moodle and Microsoft Office.
• Possession or willingness to obtain a WWCC.

Responsibilities

• Provide engaging instruction based on curriculum requirements.
• Record student attendance and progress accurately.
• Monitor learning outcomes and provide feedback.
• Stay current with industry standards and PD.
• Adhere to the Code of Conduct and OH&S, participate in meetings.
