Job summary

VP Recruit, a Sydney-based construction and trades labour hire agency, is seeking a Recruitment Consultant to build a desk in construction, trades and civil. You’ll start with a few clients and leads and grow by winning your own business, with real outreach including calls and site visits.

This is a work-from-home role, but you must be Sydney-based and able to meet clients and visit sites; all travel to clients is paid. What’s in it for you?

Qualifications

• Experience in labour hire, ideally in construction, trades or civil.
• Track record of building relationships and winning new business.
• Comfortable on the phone with new contacts and able to meet them in person.

Responsibilities

• Win new clients across Sydney’s construction, trades and civil sectors through outreach, calls and site visits.
• Look after the clients and leads you start with and grow them.
• Draw on our large candidate database of reliable, job-ready workers.
• Hit activity targets and manage your own pipeline.
• Work closely with the team to share knowledge and support delivery.
