ROUNDWOOD ENGINEERING & CIVIL PTY LTD in Sydney CBD NSW is seeking an experienced Recruitment Consultant to grow our construction labour hire business. You’ll win new clients, manage selected accounts and recruit workers when needed, with scope to lead a team as the business expands.

We supply workers to civil, commercial and residential construction clients. The role offers a competitive base salary with an attractive commission structure and a company ute.

Qualifications

• Experience recruiting for construction labour hire.
• Proven ability to win new clients.
• Strong communication and organisation.
• Understanding of site workforce needs.

Responsibilities

• Identify and win new construction clients across Sydney.
• Generate opportunities through calls, site visits, meetings, networking and LinkedIn.
• Build relationships with site managers, project managers and business owners.
• Understand client workforce requirements and secure repeat business.
• Manage selected accounts with high service standards.
• Source, interview and place workers when required.
• Collaborate with management to grow Roundwood’s NSW presence.
