You will manage the full recruitment lifecycle, engage stakeholders, and build lasting relationships with candidates and clients across our extensive network in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 2 years’ experience in a recruitment role.
• Strong judgement, decision making and problem solving.
• Desire to contribute to a great team culture.
• Ability to work in a fast paced environment and multitask.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Excellent time management and planning abilities.

Responsibilities

• Recruit for White Collar building appointments.
• Proactively identify and acquire new clients through strategic business development.
• Conduct market mapping and source leads to drive new business.
• Develop lasting client and candidate relationships leveraging Stellar’s network.
• Manage the full recruitment lifecycle in a dynamic, high-energy team.
