Job summary

Kustom Living is seeking a Construction Supervisor to lead on-site refurbishment projects across retirement living villages in Melbourne's South East.

You will supervise trades, coordinate scheduling, manage multiple units, ensure scope, budget and safety compliance, and maintain clear communication with village managers and clients. This is a stable, long-term opportunity within a growing specialist builder offering autonomy and ownership of your projects.

Qualifications

• Experience supervising refurbishment projects in residential settings.
• Proven ability to coordinate trades and schedules across multiple units.
• Knowledge of building standards and safety compliance; valid driver's license.

Responsibilities

• Supervise and coordinate refurbishment works across multiple units.
• Manage and schedule trades to meet program deadlines.
• Ensure works are completed to scope, budget and quality standards.
• Conduct site inspections and quality checks.
• Maintain communication with village managers, clients and stakeholders.
• Identify and resolve site issues and ensure safety compliance.
• Maintain site records and reporting.
